By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Registration, cancellation and refunds

•  Registration is subject to confirmation by the organisers.

•  Registration fees are not refundable.

•  Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the organisers, and full or partial refund will be decided on a case-to-case basis.

•  Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with the event's cancellation and refund policy. Administrative charges may apply where relevant.

2. Participant agreement or code of conduct

• Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all attendees, speakers, organisers and venue staff.

•  Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or any conduct that may negatively impact other participants will not be tolerated.

•  The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.

•  Respect the confidentiality of all information that you acquire during the course of the Event.

•  You are encouraged to attend all sessions of the Event, including video sessions, and to participate fully in group work when required throughout the Event.

3. Intellectual property and use of submitted content/materials

• By submitting an abstract or other materials, participants confirm that the content is their own work or that they have obtained the necessary permissions to share it.

•  Participants retain ownership of their submitted content. However, by submitting materials, participants grant the organisers permission to use the abstract title, authorship information and submitted materials for purposes related to administration, review, promotion and reporting of the event.

4. Data protection and privacy information

•  The RSC takes data protection very seriously. The RSC will only use personal data provided for the purposes of your Booking in accordance with our Privacy Policy to: (a) deliver the Event, (b) process your payment for the Event, (c) meet its contractual requirements to you, (d) with your express consent, inform you about similar RSC events, conferences, products or services and provide you with information relating to a third party’s services. You may change your preferences or withdraw your consent in relation to these communications at any time by contacting the RSC as outlined above.

6. Liability

•  Any variation to the Booking shall only be legally binding when agreed in writing and signed by or on behalf of the RSC.

•  The organisers reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue or schedule if necessary.

7. Acceptance of Terms

•  By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
